 | Critical Care, with its website the Critical Care Forum, is a peer-reviewed, clinical medical journal that aims to improve the care of critically ill patients by acquiring, discussing, distributing, and promoting evidence-based information relevant to intensivists. Indexed in Medline, affiliated to the International Symposium on Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine (ISICEM, Brussels), and edited by Jean-Louis Vincent of Belgium and an international editorial board, the journal publishes: - Commentaries on contentious issues, recent research, and clinical guidelines
- Educational reviews of clinical practice, basic science, and technology
- Research, with open access for all readers
- An ongoing guide to statistics, essential for clinicians and trialists
